Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Kakishi currently ships within the United States only. We're keeping our launch focused so we can stay close to quality control and authenticity as a small, new brand.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $35: $7.99 flat-rate US shipping.
- Orders over $35: Free US shipping.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
US delivery takes 5 to 9 business days from the day your order ships - for a total delivery window of about 7 to 12 business days from the day you place your order.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, usually within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at contactkakishi@gmail.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 12 business days of shipping, email contactkakishi@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
Address corrections
If you need to correct your shipping address, please email contactkakishi@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee changes will be applied. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law.
